The programme is designed for children aged 12 and over, with all sessions tailored to be age-appropriate and suitable for different ability levels.

Not at all. HYROX Youngstars is designed for all ability levels. Whether your child is very active or just getting started, sessions are adapted to suit them.

Children will:

The programme runs in structured 4-week training blocks, with coached sessions delivered either in schools or at Rep Room, depending on the programme phase.
