HYROX Preform
Hyrox Perform is your race-style session built around ergs, sleds, carries and wall balls, so you’re training the way you’d compete. You’ll push hard, learn pacing, and track progress you can feel each week. It’s coached, structured, and made for people who want to test themselves and get race-ready.

New to HYROX? Start here. We break down the format, focus on technique, and build your fitness step-by-step, zero experience needed.

Ladies Who Lift
Strength training for women who want to feel confident, strong, and empowered. Learn proper technique, lift heavy, and build lean muscle in a supportive environment.

Strength room
Coached strength training with a clear plan. You’ll squat, hinge, push and pull with simple progressions that build strength and muscle over time, with minimal conditioning. It’s perfect if you want structure, confidence under load, and results you can feel.

Engine room
Engine Room is smart fitness without the chaos. You’ll do intervals on Ski, Row or Run with simple carries and core work to build stamina fast, without getting smashed. It’s ideal if you want to feel fitter, breathe better, and keep your joints happier.

Hybrid
Hybrid is the blend of strength and fitness in one session. You’ll lift, move, and work hard, but everything is coached and scaled so you always know what you’re doing. It suits people who like variety and want to be strong and fit, not just one or the other.

old school circuits
Old School Circuits is straight-up training, simple, hard, and effective. Expect classic circuit work with dumbbells, bodyweight and conditioning to leave you sweaty and buzzing, without overcomplication. It’s ideal if you want a proper workout and a good session feel.

open gym
Open Gym is your time to train your way, with the full Rep Room space, kit and WOD available. Follow your own programme, practise technique, or get an extra session in without a class format or race pace. It’s ideal if you want flexibility, quieter training, and the freedom to build at your own speed.

You can book a single drop-in class, or save by purchasing a class pack. Both options let you train without a membership or contract.
